Terms of Use
These terms cover your use of the Star 24/7 Plumbing website. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Questions? Call (208) 679-8357. Our address is 10166 W State St, Star, ID 83669.
Information only
Pages on this site, including service descriptions, guides, and tips, are general information. They are not professional advice for your specific home, and they are not a diagnosis. Plumbing problems vary, and a plumber needs to see yours before saying what is wrong.
Prices and quotes
Nothing on this site is a quote or an offer at a fixed price. We confirm the price with you before work starts, and it is based on what the plumber finds at your property. A phone conversation does not replace that inspection.
Availability
Our phone line is open 24/7, but availability for a visit varies. Same-day appointments are offered when available. We do not promise arrival times or response windows, and we may need to reschedule for weather, safety, or access reasons.
Following our guides
If you try a repair yourself, you do so at your own risk. Shut off water, power, or gas as needed, follow local rules, and call a licensed plumber when you are unsure. Idaho requires permits for plumbing work, and DOPL can answer questions at (208) 334-3233.
Third-party links
This site may point to outside websites, such as a state licensing office or a utility. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their policies.
Our content
The text and design of this site belong to Star 24/7 Plumbing. You may read it and share a link, but please do not copy it for another site without asking.
Limits on our liability
We provide this website as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using it or relying on it, including indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits any right you have by law, and the terms of a signed work order for plumbing service apply to that work.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. We may update them from time to time, and the effective date above will change when we do. Please also read our privacy policy.
